Baby Shop Company Ireland is run by a small team. There is no call centre script and no ticket queue: an email reaches the people who look after the orders.

We answer seven days a week and aim to reply within one business day. Email theteam@customersupport.care with your order number and the email address you used at the checkout, and we can find the order straight away.

The irish administration office is 2 Dublin Landings, North Wall Quay, Dublin 1, Dublin D01 V4A3, Ireland. It is an office rather than a shop, so there is nothing to visit.
