What we do

Baby Shop Company was founded in 2010, with the aim of building a good online shop for the things a baby and a toddler actually need. We are a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd, and we sell online only, direct to homes across Ireland.

The range is deliberately gear rather than consumables. There is no clothing, no nappies, no wipes and no formula here, because those are the things every supermarket already sells you. What we stock is the kit that gets chosen once and then lives in your house for a year or two: the playpen, the play gym, the bed guard, the travel high chair, the changing bag.

How we work

Prices are in euro. Delivery is free across Ireland on orders of €90 or more, and a flat €25 below that.

Orders are picked and packed within 2 working days, then tracked to your door within 7 working days of dispatch. If something turns up faulty or damaged, we put it right at no cost to you and we pay the return postage.

Not sure whether a product suits the age or the room you have? Email theteam@customersupport.care before you buy and a person will answer.

What we claim, and what we do not

Nursery equipment is one of the few things people buy where the marketing and the responsibility point in opposite directions, so it is worth being plain. Where a manufacturer states a material, an age range or a weight limit, we put it on the product page and say it is theirs. We commission no tests and we hold no certificates, and you will not find a safety standard asserted anywhere on this site as though it were ours.

Eco packaging

We moved onto Eco Pack packaging and set ourselves the goal of working with our delivery partners to bring our carbon footprint down. It is a work in progress rather than a finished claim, and every order you place is part of it.

Delivery

Delivery across Ireland is free on orders of €90 or more. Below that there is a flat €25 charge, shown in your cart before you pay. Orders are dispatched within 2 working days, then delivered within 7 working days by tracked courier. Express Delivery is also offered at checkout for €25: dispatch within 1 working day, then delivery within 5 working days. You can pay by card through Stripe, or with PayPal. Our shipping page has the full detail.

If something is not right

Your rights under Irish and EU consumer law apply to everything we sell. If an item turns up faulty, or it is not what the page described, email us and we will put it right. Our refunds and returns page explains how that works.

How to reach us

Email theteam@customersupport.care and a person will answer, usually within one working day. You can also call our international call centre on +66 (0) 98 391 3877. If you are chasing an order, put your order number in the email, or check it yourself on the Track Your Parcel page.

Who is behind Baby Shop Company

Renoo Caruso, CEO of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd and Christian preacher in Thailand

Baby Shop Company is part of a family-owned group of online stores. Our CEO, Renoo Caruso, is a Christian preacher based in Phetchaburi, Thailand. Renoo leads a local church with a congregation of more than 200 people and shares daily Bible teaching in Thai through renoo.faith and a YouTube channel with over 1,600 videos.

That faith shapes how we trade. Clear prices, honest product details, and a real person answering your email. We would rather lose a sale than mislead a customer.

Frequently asked questions

When was Baby Shop Company founded?

2010, according to the company's own account on this page.

Where are you based?

The Irish administration office is 2 Dublin Landings, North Wall Quay, Dublin 1, and the corporate address is Suite 19, 47 Moo 1, T. Nawoong, Meaung, Phetchaburi 76000, Thailand.

Which company am I dealing with?

Caruso Consulting Co Ltd, trading as Baby Shop Company Ireland.

What do you sell?

Baby and toddler gear for play, safety, travel and mealtimes. No clothing, nappies, wipes or formula.

Why is there no clothing or nappies?

Because the supermarkets already sell those well and cheaply. This shop is the kit that gets chosen once and then lives in the house for a year or two: the playpen, the play gym, the bed guard, the travel high chair.

Do you have a showroom I can visit?

No. It is an online shop. The Dublin address is an administration office, not a retail one, and there is nothing to view there.

Do you make safety claims about what you sell?

No. Where a manufacturer states a material, an age range or a weight limit, that is on the product page and identified as theirs. We commission no tests and hold no certificates, and no safety certification, test result or health outcome is claimed anywhere on this site.

Do you deliver across the whole of Ireland?

Yes, free on orders of €90 or more and a flat €25 below that, in up to 7 working days after dispatch within 2 working days.

What is Eco Pack?

The packaging the company moved to, alongside a goal of working with its delivery partners to bring its carbon footprint down. It is a work in progress rather than a finished claim.
